Situated on the edge of Ferragudo and close to the marina, is this large 5 bedroom villa with private pool and partial air conditioning. A flight of marble steps lead up to the front door which opens into the spacious lounge diner, containing two comfortable three seater sofas positioned around a glass topped coffee table, facing the feature fire place. There is also a TV for your enjoyment showing a selection of English, Portuguese and French channels. In front of the sliding patio doors is a large wooden dining table with seating for twelve. The lounge also has the added benefit of air conditioning. The breakfast kitchen is well equipped, being fitted with wood effect units topped with brown flecked marble worktops, and contains a dual fuel oven and hob, the oven being electric, the hob having three gas rings and one electric. There is also a dishwasher, microwave and large fridge/freezer. On the opposite side of the room is a large wooden corner breakfast bench and table. Please note that the washing machine is housed in the basement. Also on this floor are found a large fully fitted bathroom with shower over bath and two twin bedded bedrooms. Leading off from the lounge, a staircase leads up to the other three bedrooms, consisting of the Master bedroom with air conditioning and ensuite shower room, a double bedroom and one twin bedded room. Please note that the double bedrooms consist of twin beds made up into a double. There is also a second large family bathroom on this floor. Outside, the pool, with Roman steps leading in, is surrounded by a large terracotta tiled terraced area, complete with a feature brick built barbecue and sun loungers for ten people. There is also a large outdoor wooden table and chairs for alfresco dining. Extra fans, beds, cot and high chairs can be hired for an additional cost. Please ask at time of booking. All bedrooms are double sized and contain fitted wardrobes.
